Gluten- Free Fried Eggplant with Tomato Basil Sauce and Dry Blueberry Romaine Lettuce Salad (Lettuce, Cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers, dried blueberries and sprouts), served with 1 glass of Homemade Pomegranate Kombucha and Chocolate Nut Ball.
