Plum Pudding

 
It is often called “chisalita” -  in Romanian.

Ingredients:
2 lbs of plums, washed
 
Directions: Remove seeds. Cut them in halves or quarters and place in a non-stick skillet with lid. Simmer on low to medium for 20-30 min until all fruits are broken. Stir in occasionally. 


 Serve with plain or with vanilla ice-cream.
